The Pumpkin Spice Latte consists of steamed milk and pumpkin spice, topped with pumpkin pie spice and foamed milk. While the Pumpkin Spice Latte was often made with real pumpkin in the past, today it usually contains a bit of real pumpkin extract. The advantage of pumpkin extract is that it is simply faster. You can refine the Pumkin Spice Latte with cinnamon, depending on your taste. This delicious coffee drink is always a hit and guarantees low carb.

  • 2 shots hot Espresso
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin extract
  • 1/4 cup whole hot milk
  • 1/3 cup steamed milk
  • 1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • whipped cream for garnish
  • cinnamon for garnish


  • Prepare the ingredients
  • Pour the hot espresso into a small saucepan and add the cream, whole milk, pumpkin extract & pumpkin spice. Stir until everything is well mixed and it starts to steam
  • Use a hand frother to froth the contents of the pot
  • Pour the contents into a glass
  • Refine with whipped cream and a little cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice and enjoy immediately
